Uptime Support: At Rea Valley Tractors with our dedicated parts and service teams we do our up most to keep our customers back on the move as quickly as possible, resolving breakdowns is our priority. New Holland and JCB parts have highly organised parts departments supporting the RVT depots for rapid parts distribution.

MyPLM Connect

Data from MyPLMConnect is used by our fully qualified and trained technicians to analyse triggers highlighted by the machine. When an issue is identified the system automatically sends an alert and our service support team are on hand to book an appointment at your convenience to offer in-field support or remote assistance to find the best solution, often taking corrective action before any major break downs occur and keeping your machine in its best working order.
