Returns & Delivery Charges
MAKING A RETURN
Thank you for purchasing from Rea Valley Tractors. We hope that each and every one of our customers is happy with their purchase, however we understand that sometimes you may need to return or cancel an item.
In order to be eligible for a refund, you must return the item(s) within 30 calendar days of your purchase.
The item(s) must be unused and in its original unopened packaging with any seal or shrink-wrap intact and with any labels still attached. If the 'item(s) is damaged in any way, or you have initiated the return after 30 calendar days have passed, you will not be eligible for a refund.
All returns and cancellations must be approved by Rea Valley Tractors first. We want to give you a hassle-free way to return your item(s), so we ask that you follow the below procedures to ensure that this is possible.
- Before returning your item(s), please contact us to obtain a Returns Authorisation Number. You can do this by contacting email@example.com
- Orders can be cancelled up until the item(s) are despatched. You can manage your orders by contacting us on 01743 289104 or firstname.lastname@example.org
- Returns made within 30 days of purchase will incur a 7% re-stocking fee
- Returns made after 30 days of purchase will be refused. We operate a strict 30 day returns policy
- All item(s) must be returned in as-new condition (i.e have not been used or worn) and in the original packaging
- Item(s) returned without a valid Returns Authorisation Number will be refused
- It can usually take up to 7 working days to process the returned item(s) and issue a credit.
- Please return your item(s), along with a copy of your Returns Authorisation Number to: RVT SHOP, Rea Valley Tractors, Seven Acres, Newport Road, Shrewsbury, SY4 4RR
- Please ensure your items(s) are properly package
- You will be responsible for paying returns postage costs associated with returns under this policy.
We will give you a refund for the full price of any product properly returned by you in accordance with the terms of this returns policy excluding the original delivery charges and excluding the costs of returning the product to us.
After we receive your item(s), our team will inspect and process your refund. The money will be refunded to the original payment method used.
For credit card payments it may take 5 to 10 business days for a refund to show up on your credit card statement.
Freight prices will be calculated when delivery details are entered at the checkout. The below details are based on orders to UK mainland only.
All orders placed by 2pm (Monday to Friday) will be delivered next working day. We offer three parcel delivery options:
Parcelforce - Express24
Parcelforce - Express48
Parcelforce - Express48Large
For pallet orders, any order placed by 2pm will be delivered within 1-3 working days.
Same day collection from our warehouse can be arranged if you call to request before ordering.
After an order has been placed, collection can be arranged for next working day.
