Our rich history at Rea Valley Tractors

2008

Simon Clarke, the current owner of Dunstall Holdings first entered the agricultural dealership business in February 2008 when he bought AIS – Agricultural Industrial Services Limited, based at Sudbury depot (now dormant with its trade having been passed into Rea Valley Tractors Limited)

2010

Dunstall Holdings was incorporated when Simon bought the existing Rea Valley Tractors Limited into the group alongside AIS.

2013

Both companies were re-branded into Rea Valley Tractors, covering four depots in Newport, Shrewsbury, Sudbury and Welshpool 

2014

Purchase of RVT Newport depot

2017

Purchase of RVT Sudbury depot

2017

Appointed as an Isuzu dealer, marking the launch of RVT Commercial Vehicles Ltd. This exciting development expands our offering into the commercial vehicle sector, providing local customers with trusted, durable transport solutions alongside its agricultural expertise.

2017

Appointed as official Kuhn dealers, further enhancing our machinery portfolio with one of agriculture’s most respected brands. This partnership gives Rea Valley Tractors a wider range of innovative, high-performance equipment that improves farmers’ efficiency and contributes to a more sustainable food production.

2022

Rea Valley Tractors is appointed as a New Holland dealer and expands its Kuhn territory into Cheshire, Lancashire, and North Wales - supporting the growth with the opening of three new depots in Middlewich, Ormskirk, and Denbigh. These strategic developments enhance local access to leading machinery and expert support for farmers across the region.

2023

Heads of Terms are signed to acquire neighbouring dealer Teme Valley Tractors (TVT), a well-established dealer for New Holland and Kuhn Farm Machinery. This agreement marks a significant step in strengthening our presence in the region.

2024

Proudly celebrates 40 years in business on 4th May. Since 1984, Rea Valley Tractors has been a key player in the agricultural industry, driving innovation and supporting farming communities through decades of change.

2024

Rea Valley Tractors acquires the Russells Cubley branch (formerly Hallmark Tractors), extending its New Holland territory on the Staffordshire/Derbyshire border. The Sudbury operation relocates to the Cubley site, where the combined team’s local expertise help further strengthen customer service and support across the region.
